*New for 2025. Seems everyone is updating their policies or like every automated system I've ever had the misfortune to encounter, "read carefully because my menu has changed"! Starting this year (2025) if you have zero images of your own, I will block you. This is a wonderful website to post AND share your images with, well, the world. If you are only using this site to collect images from it's vast sea of creativity without sharing anything of your own, you will be blocked. Join Flickr, load some images then enjoy everything it has to offer. Even if your image style of creativity is not mine I will respect the fact that you took the time to post it.

Just a point of clarification. Generally where it ask date taken I do not always put the date I photographed the image but I list the date in which the object was made or used. I am not one hundred years old so I didn't take the picture in 1925, that's when the object or picture existed. (Although sometimes I do feel like I'm a hundred years old!)

I collect many varied things and enjoy presenting the images here for your enjoyment and, sometimes perhaps, education. Also, since the pandemic, I have embarked on a sunrise/sunset quest that I hope you enjoy! My images should not be duplicated without credit as to their origination/creator.
