With a background of working with children (0 - 6 years) I soon found myself looking for a challenging fulfilling career.. many friends started suggesting ideas such as childrens arties.... before I new it I was known for making childrens cakes.. as demand grew I found myself undergoing many training courses in patisserie and cake decorating .. since finding Planet Cake (based in Sydney) my pasion has become designer cakes for specail occasion.. hense the beginning of Indulge Designer Cakes
