I have three primary loves which translate into my primary photos: soccer (football), travel, and music.

By the way. I don't do art photos. Any art that occurs is completely accidental. My limited background is in high school photojournalism and working at Sears Portrait Studio. No art school for me.
There will, however, be a lot of the capture types of photography here. And if you like that and you like ratings communities:

If you're clicking on me from a ratings community, here is how I score:
1 - Can't recognize this as a photo.
2 - There seems to be some sort of something going on here but it's so messed up I can't tell what.
3 - There was no point in posting this to flickr, it should have been deleted.
4 - Just an average photo with some major flaws.
5 - Anyone walking down the street could take this (not that it's a bad thing, just average).
6 - This shot is moving away from average into something technically or emotionally interesting.
7 - Flickr average. Better than normal average but doesn't stick out as something special.
8 - Impactful in some way - a photo that made me step back and really think about why I like it.
9 - Professional quality. If I saw this in a newspaper, magazine, or gallery I wouldn't be surprised. Or truly emotionally wrenching.
10 - A favorite of mine that I want to view over an over (though 9s are also sometimes favorited by me).
