I am a self-described thought provocateur. I like a very wide range of topics but in the photographic world, the unusual is my preference. The vast majority of what I have shot since 1990 are my attempts to replicate the smoker's world but with lighted smoke. And in particular, lighting smoke that is not necessarily shot in profile. Eye contact and attendant lighted exhales are something of a specialty of mine.
