About

I’m a Designer/Artworker and Illustrator based in Basildon with over 10 years of industry experience. I completed my degree in design in 2003 at Goldsmiths University of London. The course was a challenging experience, which shaped me into the designer I am today, developing my skills and understanding of design.

I currently work full time as a Graphic Designer for Frontmedia. I moved to their studio in November of 2007 after spending three years at Newsquest. Frontmedia is a multi - disciplined design studio which specialises in web solutions and print media. Design is my hobby as well as my profession. If I’m not working on client projects I’m at home working on my own artwork in my spare time.

I'm a highly skilled Graphic Designer/Artworker and Illustrator. I have very strong skills in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

SGW - Senior Creative Artworker (2014 - Present)

Frontmedia - Senior Designer (2007 - 2014) I'm part of a small team of designers at Frontmedia where I work directly with our clients transforming their needs and requirements into practical design solutions. Frontmedia is a multi-disciplined design studio based just out side Witham in Essex, specialise in original thinking producing creative and effective design solutions for a wide variety of clients.

Newsquest - Graphic Designer (2004 - 2007) I started work at Newsquest as a pre-press designer producing adverts' for a wide variety of company’s, for both the web and print. In 2005 I was promoted to Newsquests Creative department where I was responsible for producing speculative advertising for all Newaquests new clients and in house branding for all of Newsquests publications and web sites.

Freelance Designer, Artworker and Illustrator (2003 - Present) On completion of my degree I started producing work under the name Mant, (Estonian dialect meaning “cream”) producing work for a number of independent and corporate company’s. To date Mant (I) have worked in the following areas: web design, brand concept and identity, promotional music campaigns, illustration, t-shirt design, print, paint and packaging design. Clients included TCP (The Costs Partnership), UCI cinemas, Revolt Films and GPR to name but a few.
