Hi I'm Sue, thanks for visiting my Photostream.

Photography has been a long-term and evolving passion for me. With travel and nature always at the top of the list, over time I’ve explored a wide range of other genres rather than specialising as I enjoy responding to subjects, places and ideas as they present themselves. Each season brings new challenges and opportunities and I still find there is always something new to learn, refine, or revisit.

I obtained my Level 1 and Level 2 Certificate at NCFE after I retired. I am a member of the Royal Photographic Society and was awarded their Licentiate Distinction (LRPS) where my work was assessed and had to show variety in approach and techniques. I went on to qualify for the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain’s Award for Photographic Merit at Credit Level (CPAGB) .

I value considered viewing and welcome constructive feedback on my photographs. Thoughtful comments are far more useful than simple praise, and I believe honest, respectful critique helps us all to grow creatively. If you visit regularly, I hope you’ll find images here that you enjoy and perhaps feel inspired to try something similar yourself. If I see you follow me I will always review your Photostream and Profile. I will often reciprocate if I can see we have a connection be it your type of photography, your likes or interests and especially if you live locally to me. If you do not make your images public and available for me to see I will most likely block you. I will also block you if it is apparent that your own Photostream or favourites contain porn or other images I or my friends might find distasteful.
