I'm a software engineer and a pilot/flight instructor. I've had these parallel interests in flight and technology since I was a kid. I live in Silicon Valley.

I created my Flickr page in preparation for posting pictures for the August 2017 total solar eclipse. I have also posted some cycling and planespotting photos, including EAA AirVenture at Oshkosh in July 2017 and the informal "LAX Dorkfest" planespotting event in Sept 2017. (I've been to those events before. But this time they're new on Flickr for me.)
