those of you that don't actually know me, i am a smartass and hope to not offend you. i speak or should i say comment my mind, but never in a hurtful way. also, i work too damn much and sometimes do not get to responses for a couple of days and the same goes for checking my contacts streams, but rest assured i will eventually get caught up and then behind again....it is cyclical!

I have no idea where Tom came from. I know he's from El Paso and if you drive there from anywhere else in Texas it takes three days. He does have issues with a certain Holga, they must be pretty tight because he gets some good stuff from it. Tom is a damn fine photographer and seems like a good guy, he's given me a lot… Read more

What can I say about Tom that hasn't already been said...? The dude takes a mean picture, that's for damn sure... whether he's rocking it out in full-frame, with L lens perfection, or cranking it out in plastic-lensed old school. The dude takes a mean picture, that's for damn sure... whether he's rocking it out in full-frame, with L lens perfection, or cranking it out in plastic-lensed old school. In the short time I've known him, he's quickly proven himself to be a true friend, as he is about as genuine as you can get. He tells it like it is, he inspires, gives constructive input, and has a wicked sense of humor. Quite simply put, Tom "gets it." I'm glad to know him, and glad to call him a friend. Now get your ass back out to GR, and come shoot with yer boyz! For real.

Tom is a dirty bastard. But he's my favorite dirty bastard ever. I could never thank him enough for going out of his way to be my friend. It's been great getting to know Tom and to get to shoot with him. I'm always looking forward to more. Oh, and he takes pretty good photos, too. ;)

What a great guy Tom is! His passion for photography is only matched by his talent; he sees compos and angles that most of the rest of us would miss, and shows us all his corner of the world in a way that never fails to inspire me and keep me excited about getting out in the field and photographing again and again. I… Read more

I started getting more involved with the El Paso group a few months back, and that is when I first noticed “Ihveissues”. I was immediately drawn to the quality of the photographs in his stream. Tom possesses a phenomenal eye for what makes an awesome photograph. However, I really was blown away at how willing he is to answer my countless questions and to explain to me different aspects of digital photography. This guy is incredibly supportive in helping me become a better photographer. I’ve been away from this hobby for many years and in my quest to re-learn the basics, I’ve relied on Tom for good sound advice and he has never let me down. Thanks Bud.

I've been one of Tom's contacts for a while...can't remember for sure what the connection was to start it all...maybe the Borat Icon??? I can tell you with certainty that Tom photographs life, and how he presents it is what brings life as he sees it into a being that puts me into the scene as if I was there. If you see… Read more

I can tell you with certainty that Tom photographs life, and how he presents it is what brings life as he sees it into a being that puts me into the scene as if I was there. If you see his photography in the same way, then you too appreciate what Tom exhibits with the world... Happy to be a Friend in Tom's Contact list... Cheers, Mike
