If You Leave gives a voice for young photographers to share their work. The admissions encompass the distinctive style of IYL, which focusses on the impact of a single image, rather than a body of work.

These are made by wanderers from around the world, examining a serene feeling of desolation and loneliness, capturing moments that exist, as somewhat transparent time capsules. Their unique story unified by a shared aesthetic.

Images that are admitted to the pool might also be selected for the 2017/18 IYL Showcase, an exhibition in collaboration with the individuals behind magazines, galleries and platforms.
