The InsaneFelonsCartel: IFC - "Collective" was formed in London-June, 2008 by

Wolfie SATAN-Smith.

His first port of call was Brett Ewins(2000AD), followed quickly by Charlie SHAZER(WD-KidsLoveInk-TattooSEEN), ASEB(EC), CEMO(EC), Brendan McCarthy(2000AD) and CHOPPER. There is also several other IFC crew members who wish to remain anonymous at the present time.
