Idle Hands Tattoo was formerly Artistic Skin Designs (16 years) The shop is located at 2722 S Alma School Rd Suite 4 in Mesa Arizona. Our hours of operation are M-Th 12-9 Fri and Sat 12-10 and Sunday appointment only. The artists on staff are Sam Staley, Jayare, and our lovable piercer Jason Colbert. 90% of the tattoo work that is done in our shop is custom drawn by our artists. Even if someone wants to pick something off the wall we always like to re-draw it to make it an original tattoo for our customers. So expect something different and original!
