The conference will be held in Singapore, from November 21st to 23rd, 2012. This will be the 13th edition of the successful and established biennial ICCS series, held in Singapore for all but one of the previous 12 events. The conference will feature technical oral presentation sessions, technical poster sessions, workshops and tutorials on all topics that interest researchers in the broad area of communication systems and networks, in the Asia-Pacific and around the world.

ICCS 2012 papers will appear in IEEE Xplore and all popular databases such as EI Index. It is jointly organized by Singapore chapters of the IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society and the IEEE Singapore Section. IEEE ICCS 2012 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society.
