Studies In Comfort, a duo which began with Ryan Nyenhuis & Ian Levack, specializing in experimental music and sound manipulation in January 2007, has since become a brand of creative outputs, including: photography, painting, digital art, writing and mixed media.

One of the greatest of humankind's inventions has been the creation of music. By being able to share thoughts, feelings, emotions and to evoke that within one another allows us to relate, to tell our stories and create with each other. Music was not created for an industry to turn a profit.

Ian Levack started showing an interest in photography at a young age. First using his father's Pentax ME-F 35mm camera with a 50mm lens, taking simple family photos. In 2004 he received his first digital camera which was a Canon Power-shot Elph S-410 4.0 megapixel camera, which was used up until December 2008.

Macro photography is something Ian really enjoys, to capture the hidden world of shapes and textures in everyday objects. His satisfactory knowledge of Adobe Photoshop allows him to enhance his photography, quickly gaining much more experience altering the photos taken with his new digital single lens reflex.
