Photography has always been a passion of mine. It has always intrigued and inspired me, and here's why:

I am, at the core, an artist and a musician. By day, however, I'm an electrical engineer working for the best company in Kansas City. Sitting behind a desk from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday, it becomes easy to watch the days turn into weeks; weeks into months; months into years. Thankfully, my passion in photography shields me from that fate.

People always tell me that time seems to move faster and faster with each year that you grow a little bit older. Because of this, we must be careful to recognize the special moments every day that are worth cherishing. Or else, as time progressively accelerates it becomes increasingly easy for those special moments to fade into the fragments of a life easy to forget.

I am so lucky that my passion gives me the ability to capture those moments and emotions; to capture those memories never to be forgotten; to effectively tell time 'Hey! Slow it down a bit, alright?'
