Enjoying amateur photography, and getting to grips with manual stuff. Have found a few cheap old Soviet lenses on my travels - the quality can be variable, but they've got old-fashioned if-it's-broke-fix-it-with-a-hammer technology. Awesome.
I'm looking for unusual parts of the world to visit (top favourites so far: North Korea and Chernobyl).
I'm trying my hand at the 50-ish mm range at the moment, which seems to be working out great.
