The Harvard Union of Clerical and Technical Workers (HUCTW) is a labor union at Harvard University made up of 4,600 skilled workers of diverse ages, backgrounds, talents, and opinions. Since 1988, our Union has worked with Harvard administrators to create a strong, balanced salary program and innovative benefits, and to advance policies that support lifelong learning and flexibility in the workplace.
