Hello Flickr. It's been a while.

I have not used the account much, really not at all, for the past 6 or 7 years. But now that I am semi-retired, I've got my trusty old Canon 40D back out of her case, and am trying to get back into the swing of shooting and sharing on a semi-regular basis. I cannot wait to get back into the community here and learn and be inspired from you all's work.

A bit more about me: Old man. Recently retired. I live in New Hampshire, USA, near its glorious 15 mile Atlantic coastline. I own a sailboat, so many of my subjects will be on or near the water. I also enjoy hiking in the mountains near my home. Subjects from those activities will also be featured a lot.
