Husband, father, coffee maker, photographer. I have been photographing for as long as I can remember. My first camera was a Kodak 110 film camera when I was 7 years old. Now, at the age of 45, I am using my Nikon N80 from my college days for film, a Fuji XT3 and my Fuji XE3 as my every day camera. I just finished building a darkroom in my new(and 1st)house and am super excited to be out shooting B&W film and printing again!

I don't claim to be a great photographer. I shoot what I see and what makes me happy. My photography spreads across all genres at any given time. It only depends on what's in front of me.

I do not ascribe any deeper meaning to my photographs other than what they are. I don't believe in titling my photographs or creating artist's statements. I let them speak for themselves. I believe in art for art's sake. By this I mean not everything needs to have a deep philosophical meaning behind it and that sometimes, a lot of the time, art's purpose is simply to inspire the viewer. For the viewer to gain their own reflections and personal experience from it. This is how I would like you to view my photographs and I hope that they allow you to gain something from them. If not, that's ok too.

Critiques are always welcome as that is the way in which artists grow! It's one of the many things I miss about art school...

Thank you for taking the time to view my work!
