The house is located on a cu-de-sac in a neighborhood about 5 years old. The house overlooks a pond with a fountain. Family's welcome 2 miles from I-10. We have 3 rooms aval. Very safe neighborhood. Excellent school district.

We are excepting immediate visits - this is not a housing company. I am a single owner. My plan is to rent the rooms and the house and I will be creating a room downstairs that with w/ a separate entrance. The work has not been done yet but you will have full access to the upstairs and downstairs. We have a 60" and a 55" HD TV. We currently have Netflix but we can get cable as needed.
