Just a newcomer to "proper" photography. Happy to receive constructive criticism or advice

No SLR. Just a hybrid Panasonic with a Leica lens and 12x zoom. Seems to take goodish pictures, but macro is somewhat restricted. Could really do with a better camera!!! Suppose everyone says that!!
