Amanda Kern is a professor teaching web and interactive design courses at Valencia Community College. This military veteran has discovered her potential in graphic, web & interactive design – so much so that she's dedicated to teaching it. She's a member of AIGA, NAPP, and a former ADDY ® Award winning interactive designer. Amanda now takes great pride in motivating, inspirating, and mentoring students so that they learn how to effectively design and develop interactive projects.
You'll often find Amanda busy with her little blessings – Hope Elisabeth and Jaylen Nathaniel. And she'll tell you the best thing she found during her time in the military is her better half – her husband Jason.
