A few words about me. I was born in Russia (my father is Russian, my mother - Ukrainian); studied and worked in Moscow (for a multinational company in import-export and purchasing areas). My husband is French and we live in Mexico now. So, all in all, I am quite an international person. :-)

I'm pretty new to photography. I only started taking it seriously when I got my Canon 30D in October 2006 and my interest is growing from day to day! I consider myself as a complete amateur, but I'm trying to learn more.

Nature fascinates me with its incredible variety of colours, textures and shapes. And as one person here wrote: “To capture the moment, view things in a different perspective, find art in simple or the most strange things, expressions, emotions and colors, brings me to love photography so much. And to be able to share it with people who have the passion for it is just amazing.” These are my thoughts too! I love looking at everyone's photos on here. I am inspired everyday and I am always learning something new from all of you.
