Background:

1910

Andrew Hoffman started an upholstery shop on 405 North Paca.

He also made drapes, flags and sometimes awnings.

Andrew's son John Sr. joined the business and John Jr. joined his father soon after his service in the Air Force.

The company expanded and in 2005 moved into its new location at 5113 Belair Rd.

By 2020: 100 Years Later…

A. Hoffman is still committed to the original principles of manufacturing quality awnings, creating new selections, and delivering excellent service.

As a manufacturer, we are able to adapt to the changing needs of our customers.

From our original line of fabric products, we have added standing seam awnings, aluminum stepdown awnings, flat modern awnings, and retractable awnings.
