I've heard my 'style' referred to as pseudo-documentary, not specifically to me but I read the term elsewhere on flickr and I think, as derogatory as it was meant to be, it describes my flickr well.

 

Flickr started as a place to store phone camera pictures to save them from the clutches of thieving phone thieves. It has over the years been a place to keep record of travels, adventures and mis-adventures, a lot of chaff and a little wheat, but I'll keep posting as long as I keep taking pictures.

Bens photos bounce with beauty, they bedazzle me as he has brilliantly created a bulletin of his life giving a bigger picture of his behaviour as he left here bound to embark a life of a vagabond and bounce around the world beyond Britain. His photos are unbigoted and have an ambience of the boisterous time he is having as a backpacker. Bens photos brandish burlesque and absorb me in his buffoonery, which still manages to create banter and make me beam with bitterness that I am still in Basingstoke! Having Ben as my one of my best friends is a blessing, and the fact he’s having a blast is very blissful.
