I'm honored to be writing a testimonial about Lincoln's work. He has a first-rate eye and uses quite a nice collection of stunning gear. I find his work often subtly beautiful and abstract and I can look at some of his images for a long while. They are definitely in my mind afterwards. His work is near-perfect technically for street and is so positive. There is an intensity to some of his b&w Leica photographs that show Asia in a dreamy, yet exciting way that is only made possible in the photo; it is from his imagination, it is a quiet, exact, patient, and serious style, and it is the way I like to remember Asia too. I'm always excited to see his new work.
