VicTo Chang is currently into the final year of a Bachelor of Digital Media at University of New South Wales, College of Fine Arts; majoring in digital photography, creative graphic design and film/video production. VicTo has had various experiences in the media field such as being a television show host, camera assistant, director assistant, model and actor. He is always creative, innovative and artistic.
