I've been following hinius's progress from pretty early in his photographic career. He's without a doubt among the three people with the greatest amount of raw photographic talent that I've had the pleasure of meeting. His work is original, visually stunning, funny, and evocative... even for an Australian, which is saying something considering the quantity of great photographers hailing from there. Most importantly, the great strides he's made in technique haven't dulled his vision -- his latest work is just as fresh as his first, only more confident and polished... artistic crises notwithstanding!
