I started this madness in 2004 when my father decided to pick up this photography hobby and just as soon lose interest, giving me his nice Canon Rebel as a Christmas present. At the time I was living near Austin and started using the camera haphazardly at some of the most amazing live concerts I've seen as well as amateur portraits of local musicians, artists, freelance for magazines, and some travel photojournalism. Since I have moved to Dallas where I still continue to take photographs. I admit I regret never taking classes, but I've always done it my way and it's become my personal style - pro bono, in the moment, with a little bit of humor, and not a single smile unless it was truly earned. I had my share of wedding shots and set up professional portraits but I prefer the late nights sipping on whiskey and taking photographs of my ecclectic friends or sleep deprived road trips and dive diners and motels.

I work my tail off during the day, a recent college graduate lacking healthcare and parental support thrown into today's ugly economy with nothing more than a paper and Suma Cum Laude status to prove I wasted the last four years taking classes on how to count beans. Quid Pro Quo I call it, the man has the money and I need it. However photography is my love and I do it free and I do it frequently. I hope you enjoy what I share. I've been to some crazy places, met some crazy people, and done some crazy things... hopefully you will be as entertained with life's quirks as I am.
