Hilaire tells a story in every single picture, it's no surprise a lot of their testimonials here say the same thing, not very many people can make you look and look again at an SL picture, but Hilaire can and they captures a mood and feeling in every picture that it seems more like a movie still, than an SL image. One of my favourite people on Flickr to follow & I look forward to their work & love their work every time it pops up on my feed.

I was surprised to see only three testimonials. I don't understand what happens to the photographers, or at least to those who call themselves photographers. For me without a doubt, you are one of the top 10 photographers on Flickr. I could write a whole library and still not be able to express what emotions your photos arouse. There is no doubt that the realism, the sharpness of the images, are absolutely fantastic. That is not in dispute, nor will it be in any academy that teaches photography. But in addition, (if that were not enough) you take us back in time, in a masterfully achieved way. Your clothing as well as the scenes where you can see a carriage in the dark (for example) you place us, just like in a movie, the moment where, in some cases, a tragedy, a farewell, a duel to death, etc. I could go on listing the reasons why you are an exceptional photographer. There are iconic photos, like the one where you say to the frog, "kiss me" or (Léon) or The Perfect Killer. With the excellent choice of Sting's music. There is something that regardless of the time where you place the scene, they have in common, is that in all of them stands out the quality and talent of a great artist.
