The redevelopment of the former Hightown flats and a gas site on Rivulet Road in Wrexham is an exciting development that will transform the new sites into 147 brand new, high quality and affordable homes. The development is being built by Wales & West Housing in partnership with Wrexham County Borough Council through N Wales contractors, Anwyl Construction Ltd. By the time it reaches completion, the use of local labour would have boosted the local economy by £50m and dozens of local young people would have gained invaluable experience through apprenticeships and training opportunities.
