I am confection and dessert lover.. all sweets stuff.especially Swiss roll, muffins, & Fruits mousse sponge cake. I can eat half bottle of peanuts butter in just few minutes, surprise???

First camera Olympus Camera when Im going to attend an symposium at Sabah in year Aug 2003 (this trip make me start hiking & love travelling so much). It cost me~RM2100. It was damn expensive compare to current camera in market, but is ok ,worth it, this camera have travelled to a lot of places ... sabah, peak of mt.kk, Nepal, Beijing, Hainam Island, penang, johor, kuantan, langkawi, ipoh, KL,bangkok, singapore....

 

ya r2011 my olympus camera follow me to UK and europe!

Until today Participated:

1. 1 time Full marathon - yr 2009

2. 3 time half marathon - yr 2006 & 2008, 2010

3. 2 time mountain bike ride >50Km route

4. 3 times12hrs walk - yr 2006, 2008 & 2009

5. 1 Taekwon do sparring at Sg. - yr 2004

6. 3 pattern taekwondo - between 2003-2004

7. Hiking - Mt.Kinabalu :2005, Mt.Tahan: 2008

8.3 time starwalk. 14 placing 2008 & 2nd Placing 2010

 

but i stop everything now... no taekwondo.. and no ...

 

The latest things i realize, love people around you, appreciate the time you have, do what you want to do if it is really ur dream without keep delaying! Times wouldt reverse back!
