Giving and taking

Photographs are taken to capture temporary moments, to remember them or to show them to others. Flickr is a very good platform where you can upload your own pictures to show them to other photo enthusiasts, but also to admire the pictures of other users. Just thereby one gets many interesting ideas, which one can use with the next photo projects. So it is a mutual giving and taking.

I have been a member of flickr for a long time. At the beginning there was a relatively small community, which was looked after by Ludicorp, a company based in Canada. There have been many changes over the years and I hope that this platform will be maintained for a long time to come.

If you add me as a contact on your list, or if you choose one of my photos as a favorite, and I see that you that you haven't got any photos available for the public, then I'll block you. flickr is a community platform for sharing photos; if you don't have anything to share, then I'll have no interest in your activities here on flickr.
