I'm 42, married, and live in West Sussex.

A life long train buff, I started taking railway photographs in 1986 aged 10, on spotting trips with my dad, uncle and next-door neighbour.

Looking back through my collection, there are a lot of interesting everyday scenes from the mid/ late-80s and 1990s that are now gone forever.

Starting with the earliest first, I am gradually uploading the ones I find the most interesting.

Having started as a 10-year old with a cheap camera the quality of the early shots isn't good, but they get better over time.

Despite poor quality of the early shots I treasure the memories and hope others enjoy them too.
