The Hash Marihuana & Hemp Museum in Barcelona is located in a breath-taking Modernista palace. The Palau Mornau is an edifice built in the 16th century and refurbished in 1908 by architect Manuel Raspall at the height of Barcelona’s Modernisme period.

In 2012 the building was completely renovated, restoring the spectacular stained glass windows, the wood flooring, and magnificent wrought ironwork to their original splendour, to hold the world’s largest collection dedicated to the cannabis plant.
