<zenka is a north american street artist who resides in Argentina. She fuses street and digital art to create playful experiences which pull you out of the mundane.

The best part of street art is discovering something playful when you least expect it. That mysterious jolt is usually enough to shake you out of a mundane day, make you smile, or get you started thinking about something interesting.

Street and digital art are in their heyday right now and it is a honor to work with a medium which is so flexible, viral and immediate. Street art runs along side conventional advertising and yet holds so much more potential. As individuals, with wheat paste and an internet connection, we have the power to create and spread ideas just like the president, a Hollywood studio, or a news crew.

Unbound by my materials, I work in ceramics, websites, found objects, metal, wheat pasting, murals, software, glass, mosaics, video, social media and games to create my art.

My projects are fueled by my fascinated of the future. I never tire questioning what we are capable of and what is possible. I like zooming in and out on perspectives to shake things up and have fun. I am also a huge believer that war can be a thing of the past.

When creating a new project, the first thing I ask myself is how I can create art which people can join in and create with me. That is the ideal.
