I am a writer and freelance journalist, passionate about books and magazines. My articles have appeared in Grazia, Junior, She, Red, Woman, Love it!, Cosmopolitan, Chat, Prima, and other popular magazines.

I write human interest stories, health, fitness, fashion, beauty, music, entertainment and showbiz features for publications in the UK, Canada and US.

When I’m not writing news, reviews, fillers and features, I copywrite for business and private clients, and I have ghostwritten for entrepreneurs, celebrities and people who have suffered sexual abuse, drug and alcohol problems and terminal illness.

I am the author of the non-fiction book Escape Domestic Violence, which was written in association with daytime chat show ITV This Morning and endorsed by presenters Phillip Schofield and Fern Britton.
