Hannah was the one who got me into "hobbyist" photography last Christmas, when we went out on a foggy walk and she took her then new (for her) Canon G9 with her. I suggested a few shots and then she VERY bravely offered me the camera! The G9 was a great bit of kit, but she amazed me a few months later when I discovered she'd fully mastered it - she was so proficient, rapidly changing all of the settings and banging in absolutely fantastic shots - usually first time! It was time for an SLR, and she was soon in possession of a brand new 450D with a 24-105mm (mid-range zoom) lens. Gardening's her other main hobby, and some of her macro shots of flowers are absolutely stunning, plus she's done some GREAT candid and portrait shots of the neighbouring cats! She's since added a telephoto (70-300mm) lens and has started getting to grips with that, learning the techniques and taking some great shots of the F1 cars in testing. Hannah's a great friend (she's since also allowed me to borrow her SLR!!), togging buddy and sister, and it's always a joy reviewing her pictures and seeing what she's taken.

Hannah is something special (as well as being a smashing mate) - she has an eye for a picture and her photographic skills are coming along real fast. She is not held back by what you 'should do' - she just does it her way and comes up with fantastic ideas. She sees photographs everywhere and wants to photograph EVERYTHING - her enthusiasm for the craft is very catching ! A supreme photo buddy.
