I've had my digital camera for almost 3 years and I have finally started to get serious about learning how to use it.

Photography has interested me for a long time and I'm having fun getting out and about taking pictures, experimenting, and trying different things. Any tips or suggestions on improving my photos are welcome. I have to say that I love Flickr and looking at all the fantastic photos that are posted here.

I'm also a quilter and a new knitter - I guess visual and textile art just really appeals to me.
