I am born in 1955 in Deurne, The Netherlands. My interest in photography started back in 1975 when I bought my first camera, a Praktica. Later a Canon A1 and since the digital era I switched over to Nikon (now Nikon D850).

Currently, my main interest is more the technical type of photography like e.g. product photography, high magnification macro as well as droplet collision photography. However, photographing nature, machinery, industrial object, landscapes, and urbex is of interest as well.

Post-processing the captured photo’s is also an important part of my creative workflow.
