At only eighteen years of age, art has become a passion of mine that I simply cannot get enough of. Whether it is 2 in the afternoon, or 2 in the morning, my camera has always been a reliable source of peace.

The name "Dark is Lite" grew from my love for light painting. I am usually out in the pitch black with my camera and a tub full of lights working for the perfect shot. For me, I look at dark places and see them in light. The dark can always be made lite.

All of my light paintings are straight out of the camera. There is no photo editing done to them at all. No cropping, color changing, no anything.

I'm currently attending Indiana Wesleyan University as a photography major, but am originally from Lawrence Kansas. Gotta represent the 785 :)
