I'm an amateur photographer from the Netherlands. Beïng a former dj, I decided to do something else besides spinning records at night in clubs, and I picked up photography early 2007, buying a Fuji F30 compact camera. After a few months I was a little bored by that one so I bought my first dSLR.

I live in a historic city called Zutphen (located in the eastern part of the Netherlands) and although it has a lot of history, I don't like taking pictures in my hometown that much. Maybe that's the reason I don't post new pics each day like a lot of flickr users do. I envy those people, because I would love to, but I just don't find that many interesting things around here. Lucky me, I have friends in Barcelona (Spain), my parents have a holiday house in Italy and I like to travel a lot, but sometimes it takes a while before I have some new material online.
