I'm pretty much self taught... learning mostly from looking at people's work on Flickr. That's why I try to provide detailed info in my descriptions... there are no big secrets here. Just get your camera with the right settings in the right place at the right time with the right light. :-) I'm no expert, but feel free to FlickrMail me if you have any questions about any of my shots.

When I'm behind the camera, I'm in my happy place... especially if I'm out shooting landscapes during blue hour around San Francisco. My favorite time to shoot is either 20 minutes before sunrise, or 20 minutes after sunset.

I've used Velvia 100F and Ektar 100, but I intend to try some Provia 100F and Portra 400.

Learning how to use my Shen Hao TZ-45IIB 4x5 large format camera... it's a work in progress.
