Hannah Golden | Graphic Designer | Photographer

Hello, I am Hannah Golden. I am a student at the Savannah College of Arts and Design (SCAD) earning a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography.

I am very passionate about design and photography. I want to make the world a beautiful place not just for me through my lens, but for everyone through their own eyes. I love to get inspiration from my travels, but also my own past and culture.

I first became interested in photography and design in ninth grade when I joined the yearbook staff at my junior high. I loved the creativity and passion that design brought out of me. Our staff of seven students won an award through our publisher as one of the top one hundred yearbooks in the country.

With this increasing my interest and drive in design, I continued through yearbook staff throughout high school as the Photography Editor, the Assistant Editor, and my senior year, the Editor. Throughout my time, I won many awards through Arkansas Scholastic Press Association including layout design, writing, and photography.

When time came to choose my major for college, I chose my passion as my major, Graphic Design, with a minor in photography.

I am so glad that I chose my passion to be my profession because I love my work everyday. Confucius once said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
