note for random flickr noobs (yes, you lot with empty profiles and no photos uploaded): none of the objects shown in my photos are for sale/trade, so please don't even ask; this isn't bloody eBay. if you leave such a comment, it will be deleted. not that i'm really expecting such halfwits to even read this, but don't say you haven't been warned.

note for photo thieves: if there's a photo you would like to use for your exhibition, article, project etc. JUST ASK. more often than not if you ask nicely, i will grant you permission. i'm not a pro photographer so i'm not going to charge you a fortune, just the cost a flickr pro account extension. in many cases, i won't charge you anything at all, but like i said: ONLY IF YOU ASK. if you're a company whose logo/building i've taken photos of, don't forget, THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE PHOTO, OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE PHOTO, even if it is of/on your property. you can verify that with flickr or your IP lawyer. and yes, i do chase up photo thieves when i find them and in my experience, outfits like twitter and ebay are very co-operative.
