A 31 year old graphic designer who has just taken up and interest in photography since buying a Canon 1000D for work. Now I'm hoping to have some fun with it and see how much I can learn and where it takes me.

I'm literally just buying in the equipment I would like so that my kit will include the following:

Canon EOS 1000D + 18-55mm Kit Lens

Canon - Lens - 50 mm - f/1.8 II - Canon EF

Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS Telephoto Zoom AF Lens

Canon Speedlite 430EX II Flash Unit

58mm Crown-Shaped Hood

Canon ET-60 Lens Hood

Sto-Fen OM-EW Omni Bounce Flash Diffuser

Hoya 58mm PRO1 Digital Circular Polarizing Filter

Hopefully this lot will allow me to experiment with a wide range of photography so that I can practice as much as I can and find what type I enjoy the most.
