The Archconfraternity of Saint Stephen is the International Organisation of Altar Servers of the Catholic Church founded in London in 1904. We strive to support and encourage, positively and practically, the highest standards of serving at the church's liturgy and to unite servers of different parishes, dioceses and countries for their mutual support, encouragement, and love of one another.
