One of the many benefits of being part of the flickr community is meeting people from around the world. By looking at a persons wonderful images it can open to you new windows to the world. Having flickr friends is like having a gateway to the world. Whether we meet in person or just exchange comments on their Photostream friendship are born. Gary is just such a friend, through his wonderful images of nature, special trips and work related adventures Gary has brought into my life many stunning images to enjoy. One of Gary's favorite places to capture nature at it's finest is Armand Bayou in Pasadena, Texas. What a fantastic place to study and photograph so many different species of not only birds but reptiles and wildlife, and Gary does a magnificent job bringing these moments of nature to us.
