I have been 'into' photography, on and off, since school days. Now that I am retired, I thankfully have more time for it.

Joining the Flickr community was done for inspiration and fun. There are many, many good photographs out there and I enjoy exploring them and adding my own meagre contributions.

All of my pictures (in common with a great many others) are usually reduced in resolution for posting to Flickr.

January 2015. In the last few months I have noticed people following 1,000s of others. I find it difficult to keep up with my less than 200. So I will not reciprocate a follow from anyone who has a huge number. Anyway, I am after all.. grumpy. :)
