I am a 30 year old mother of two, Kansas born and bred. I have spent years taking pictures mainly of children and now that my boys are older I have finally started taking pictures purely for my own selfish pleasure. Since I work full time managing the Business Office for a large Medical Practice, I have to take my pictures on evenings, weekends or sometimes on my lunch break. I have been known to be out tromping around at noon in my business clothes so if you see some woman all dressed up on the side of the road taking pictures, it's probably me! :) Business travel though has allowed me to take pictures in locations that I would otherwise not have access to.

I drag my boys around with me most of the time. It's funny because for the most part they think traveling around chasing sunsets and searching for old buildings and bridges is pretty silly. Most of the time they run around and get really dirty while I take pictures. It works for us.
