I'm a curious explorer with a penchant for adventure. Interests include travel, writing, photography, science, business, new ideas, marketing, technology, and how things connect.

I love Flickr because there is something that amazes me here every day. I have learned a great deal about photography just seeing the many approaches to the craft that are displayed here. No matter how much I assimilate about photography, I realize how much more there is to learn. It is an infinite journey.

I believe that an image out of the camera can be the end point as it is, but more often it serves as the framework to build on what your eye saw and what you experienced. Sometimes it can also serve as a canvas to create something entirely new and different.
